LAST DAYS

Hello, how are you? Today was a good day for I stayed home and just kind of relaxed. I'm moving in a few days, less than a half a week therefore life is very hectic. I stayed home today, the weather was really ethereal. If you stayed quiet you could hear wind chimes, the wind, birds chirping, and strangely ocean sounds the wind imitated.

My quality always turns out very crappy for some reason.

Have a good day.

Confess

Hi everyone,

Today I'll be reviewing the book Confess by Colleen Hoover. This is part of the new adult genre that I've read a couple of books from. Honestly I'm really not a big fan of this genre but I really enjoyed Confess. I've also read Hopeless and I am currently reading Losing Hope, which I will do a review on when I complete the book.

This book is basically about a young woman named Auburn who stumbles upon this art studio. The art in this studio is based on confessions made by other people. The art studio is owned by a young man named Owen and naturally they find a deep attraction to each other. ;)

I definitely liked Confess more than Hopeless. I really found the characters in Hopeless very unlikable, at least in my opinion. I don't ever really relate to much to any of the characters in Colleen Hoover's books and just the entire new adult genre. However, I really liked both books and they were both very interesting. The plot was so intense and had me hooked.

One thing I really appreciate about Colleen's characters is that they are flawed which I find so relatable. One word I would use to describe Colleen's books is intense. These books just have so many twists and it is just one big roller coaster of emotions.

Something I found so amazing and shocking about this book was that the confessions made in this book were actually real confessions made by real people who sent in their confessions to Colleen. Some of the confessions in this book are just so heartbreaking and heart wrenching. But there are some really beautiful and uplifting confessions as well. This book really focuses on the imperfection of human life but also the beauty in life as well.

I read this book quite a while ago so some of the details are fuzzy to me but I really, really loved the idea of the confessions. It was such an interesting and unique idea. The overall plot line followed a typical Colleen Hoover book plot line which I found somewhat predictable but I still really enjoyed reading this book. There was a lack of closure at the end of this book but hopefully there will be a sequel!

So that is it to my review. Out of 10 I would rate this book an 8. I would definitely recommend reading it!

Thanks for reading!

SAN FRAN 2014 PART 1

Hi! I don't think I've ever gotten to uploading this but I went to San Francisco last summer so here it is. It was a pretty long road trip but all was well. It was extremely (extremely) hot in Southern California so I was expecting it to be also pretty hot there also. I was totally wrong, the weather there was amazing when I went. It was actually cold, foggy, just something I wished for.

The scenery in San Fran is absolutely stunning when viewed like this. I went up hiking to 2 places. and this was one of the towers. I remember reading about this tower in The Nine Lives of Chloe King and it was pretty cool actually visiting there.

China Town was pretty fascinating, we saw some dragon dance performers. The items were also pretty fun to look at.

Will end this right here because I need to do my school work... Sighs..

QUESTIONS

[Questions]

Hello guys, so as I love answering questions and enjoy those "survery/tag" questions, I decided to set a series where I'll occasionally upload some question tags.

What does the last text you sent say? And to whom?
My last text message from the actual messaging app would be actually from Mel: Mine is like ugh
What time do you wake up most mornings?
Usually around 7:20
Are you afraid of walking alone at night?
I wouldn't say I'm not afraid, but it's really nice sometimes to just get time for yourself.
What do you do to relax at the end of a stressful day?

Listen to music and just lay down. Maybe drawing?

Do/did you get into trouble a lot at school?
I can't say I do get into trouble at school, just not well planned :)
Have you ever met someone who has completely altered your way of thinking?
Well, I'm not sure. It's more of the internet who changed who I am. And my past experiences.
What is something you have given a lot of thought to lately?
Hmm.. A lot of things have been going around my mind lately, but to sum it up, everything.
When did you last swallow your beliefs to avoid an argument or confrontation?
I do this literally every single day. Some people don't even notice it since I do it so often.
Do you usually initiate hugs?
Nope. I don't think literally 98.7% of the time I don't. Or 100%. Not a fan of touchy affection.
What are you looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to summer! And the weekend.

And 2016 (snk s2 tho.. 2 yrs waiting..)
Are you mentally strong?
I don't know. I won't deny I'm not mentally strong and I won't deny I'm not that weak either.
Are you physically strong?
Nope! I get made fun of and accused of not trying in arm wrestles or any other strength activity. It's sad.

Spring Break 2015

Hi everyone!

Long time no blog. Not much has been happening but here are just a couple of photos I've taken over the past couple of weeks.

Two weeks ago I took care of my friend's dog Pika while she went on vacation. Pika has stayed with us before and Gremlin did not like him very much. But this time Gremlin and Pika ended up becoming really close.

So that's all for this blog post. The past few weeks have been pretty uneventful.

Hope you are all having a great day. Thanks for reading!

RENDER

Hello! So my weekend practically consisted of well, overwhelming constant worrying and stress.. Since Friday, my days have not been so amazing and I can't imagine tomorrow. Other than constantly stressing, I've been putting more time into drawing.

Well, yes. Will this book tell me to draw?? ;^; I've been in a constant drawing block, I haven't been able to draw well (when was I ever able to) but nothings been moving my hand. I've gotten few encouragement words from a few of my friends, then I decided to just wreck it all and just keep going. As I said, I couldn't draw what I want lately, by that I mean almost everything but especially faces.. So I just drew eyes and this one turned out uneven but I got the shading right to where I wanted it to go.

Sorry for the crappy quality, I need to start using my other camera.. I have constant losses with the SD card though and it's a lot of hassle to get everything done.

As I've been constantly and very worried lately, I have overwhelming thoughts in my head. Turns out I am actually going to Korea this summer, Can't explain much about what's been going on but I'm slightly happy I guess.

Also, I'm moving houses in a bit so that's very hectic as my room is a pigs den.. I have a speech coming up tomorrow and I'm so close to reaching the time minimum.. Hopefully everyone has a good week and think positively.

Line Play

I've never been a really huge mobile game person. I can't say I don't play it but I'm more of the person to play one game for multiple hours and delete it afterwards after binging on it.
Well, Line Play is an exception.
